At the entrace to each tunnel are these enoumous structures. The tunnels are named Melba and Mullum Mullum. Each tunnel is 1.6km long.
Besides walking the tunnel they had a few other attractions along the way. Performers, school bands and food stalls of course.
There were a variety of information tents you could wander in and out of. They also had a fun run on the freeway and a bike run of which our good friends Charmaine and Ron took part in. Aparently for the first month it is free to trvel along the freeway after that it becomes a tollway.
